About Us
Being born into a Greek immigrant family, I learned quickly the importance
of good food. I was raised together by my parents and my grandparents, Yiayia
and Papou. Life for me always revolved around the kitchen, it was the hub of our house. Yiayia taught me
early on what fine Greek cuisine was all about.
My style of Mediterranean cooking stands apart from the rest because it has the influence of Sifnos and Constantinople. Sifnos
is one of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean and known for the BEST Mediterranean cooking of all the Greek islands.
Tourists, both Greek and foreign, flock there just for the food and almost every restaurant on the island
is owned by one of my relatives. The best summers of my life were spent on Sifnos, cooking at the family restaurant.
We take pride in sharing with you the art of fine Mediterranean dining so that you, too, can experience
for yourself the best of the best of Greek food.
